Spiraliniai frizeriai

The GYRoCOMPACT spiral is the world's leading spiral freezer (and it serves equally well as a chiller or proofer). Its self-stacking design and robust, hygienic construction provide superior throughput and uptime, food safety and optimum quality for producers of value-added food products.
The self-stacking belt acts as a self-contained, stainless-steel freezing zone, keeping the food product strictly within the boundaries created by the belt side links and belt mesh. To match the unique food product and processing requirements of the individual producer, the GYRoCOMPACT spiral is available in a wide variety of belt widths, capacities and configurations, with a full range of accessories.
Operating Principle
The flexibility of the GYRoCOMPACT spiral freezer is based on the FRIGoBELT® conveyor, a patented, self-stacking, stainless steel conveyor with a mesh belt and self-supporting sidelinks. And endless loop, the conveyor forms a closed, self-contained product zone through which the cold or warm air circulates.
Optimized Capacity
Each GYRoCOMPACT freezer, chiller and proofer is tailored to meet specific customer requirements. The capacity is determined via lab database tests. If the product in question is not already in the database, new tests will be performed as part of the sales process. The GYRoCOMPACT spiral gives processors a choice of belt widths, link heights, infeed and outfeed locations, drain locations, refrigeration unit locations and conveyor rotation directions, as well as ascending, descending or twin-stack conveyor configurations. The unit can thus be easily optimized for capacity and plant layout.
The Self-Stacking Principle
As it moves into a spiral, each new layer of the FRIGoBELT conveyor is supported by the sidelinks of the layer beneath it, eliminating the need for conventional steel support structures. The entire area within the enclosure is thereby fast and easy to clean. Moreover, it is maximized for the product zone, allowing greater capacity within a given footprint. The variable conveyor speed allows precise selection of holding times for different products and ensures a quick, high-quality process. Lightweight and round products are easily and safely conveyed by the FRIGoBELT conveyor since the self-contained product zone does not allow blow-off or jam-ups.
Modular Concept and Quality Control for Minimum Installation Time
All models of GYRoCOMPACT freezer, chiller and proofer spirals are manufactured and built according to a modular concept. This cuts costs and boosts quality across the product line, while also minimizing installation time on the site. All modules are quality controlled and pre-tested in our own workshop prior to shipment. The smallest models are delivered pre-assembled for instant installation, requiring only connections to utilities. Medium-size models are pre-built and pre-wired in ready-to-ship units, while the final assembly of larger equipment takes place on site.

DSI Horizontal Plate Freezers

About half of our DSI Horizontal Plate Freezers are installed on fishing vessels around the world. They chiefly provide rapid freezing of whole fish, fish fillets, shrimps and prawns of all sizes. After freezing products are normally kept in the onboard frozen stores for further processing on shore.
The remainder of these freezers are installed on shore and are used for the rapid freezing of seafood, meats and meat products, poultry, vegetables, and other food products.
 
DSI Vertical Plate Freezers
About 70 per cent of our DSI Vertical Plate Freezers are installed on fishing vessels around the world - and provide rapid freezing of fish and shellfish of all sizes. After freezing products are kept in the onboard frozen stores for further processing on shore.The remaining 30 per cent of these freezers are installed on shore and are used for the rapid freezing of fish, shellfish, meats and meat products, poultry, vegetables, fruit, juice, pet food, blood and other food products.
